Because we have such a loyal clientele, Lav remains consistently very booked. Please give ample notice of a cancellation and be patient with us while we try to reschedule your appointment. Consistent last minute cancellations may result in an inability for us to rebook your appointment due to high volumes of clients. A client that repeatedly does not show up for an appointment without communication will no longer be welcome at the studio.
